This page explains what this website is, what you can do here, and how we do — and do not — handle your personal information. Please read it before using the site.

2. How we handle your personal information
2.1 How the assessment works
The options you select on the assessment pages (preferred countries/regions, budget range, education level, language scores, etc.) are used only to run a matching calculation in your own browser. The result is displayed in your browser too. Nothing is left behind once you close the page; our servers neither receive nor retain this content.
2.2 Technical logs automatically recorded by the site
Like any website, our server records access logs to keep the service available and secure — including access time, request path, browser type and coarse-grained referrer. These logs contain no name, contact detail or assessment answer. They are kept only as long as operationally necessary and then deleted automatically.
2.3 What we never ask for
- ID or passport numbers
- Bank account or payment details
- Biometric data, location tracking, medical or health information
- Personal information of children under 14
2.4 Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Baidu Analytics)
We use two analytics tools to measure page views and understand which content is most useful: Google Analytics 4 (processed by Google LLC, servers may be outside your country) and Baidu Analytics (processed by Baidu, servers located within China). Both measure aggregate data only — page views, referrer channel, device type and coarse region. The options you select in the assessment and the result it produces are never included: that calculation happens only inside your own browser.
These tools set cookies in your browser (Google Analytics 4 names starting with _ga; Baidu Analytics uses names such as HMACCOUNT and BAIDUID) to tell visitors apart. These identifiers contain no name, phone number, WeChat ID or email address. Under Google's current mechanism it does not retain full IP addresses in plain text.
We run both tools in order to compare the two data sources and cross-check the measurements, not to widen tracking — neither data set is linked to your identity, and neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can opt out of analytics at any time — by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts. This does not affect any feature of this site: the assessment, the report and all materials work without it.
3. About consulting us on WeChat
A "WeChat" entry point in the bottom-right corner of this site displays an adviser's enterprise WeChat and personal WeChat QR codes. Whether you scan it and add us is entirely your decision — no content on this site is gated behind leaving contact details.
Once you have added an adviser on WeChat and started a conversation, the information exchanged in that conversation is handled by the firm that actually provides the advisory service, and falls outside the scope of this website. That firm is:
| Name | Nanjing Weichi Business Consulting Services Co., Ltd. (南京未迟商务咨询服务有限公司) |
|---|---|
| Contact | 19315379524 |
| When it processes your information | After you contact us on WeChat, it communicates with you and provides advisory services on study abroad applications or residency planning |
| How it processes it | WeChat communication, sending materials, arranging meetings, signing a written service agreement |
| Categories of information | Information you provide voluntarily (governed by that firm's own privacy notice) |
That firm has its own separate obligations and privacy notice for the personal information it handles. Before formally engaging it, we recommend asking for and reading its privacy notice to understand its collection scope, purposes, retention period and how you can exercise your rights.
4. Disclosure to third parties
This site does not disclose your personal information to any third party — because we do not hold any such information in the first place.
The only third-party involvement is the page-view data described in section 2.4 (Analytics): it is processed separately by Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Baidu Analytics (Baidu), and consists solely of aggregate visit data and browser cookie identifiers, containing no name, phone number, WeChat ID, email address or assessment answers. Note that Baidu Analytics data is processed within China, while Google Analytics 4 data may be transferred to servers outside your country.
If you later engage a service provider for a specific programme and it becomes necessary to send documents to an overseas university, lawyer or project party, the service provider must separately inform you of the overseas recipient's name, contact details, processing purposes and categories of information, and obtain your separate consent.
5. Your rights
Because this site holds no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to look up, correct or delete — there is no data to access or erase. You may clear your browser data at any time to remove any assessment trace left on your own device, along with the analytics cookies (after clearing them, the analytics module treats you as a new visitor again).
If, after communicating with a service provider, you wish to access, copy, correct, delete or withdraw consent, please contact that firm directly. If you encounter obstacles, you may complain to the competent authorities (cyberspace, telecommunications or public security) or bring proceedings before a competent court.
6. Content disclaimer
- University and immigration policy content is compiled from public sources with citations, for reference and learning only. It is not application, legal or investment advice.
- Assessment results are a deterministic match between your inputs and public data rules. They are not a promise of admission, approval or investment return.
- Policies and thresholds change frequently — always check the university's official website and the relevant immigration authority for the latest information.

- Our servers store no contact details of site visitors; there is no such field in our database
